Thank you for your letter of the 14th
March, on the subject of anti-piracy guards.
le concur in your draft telegram to the
Commander-in-Chief; but we shall be glad if he
can be instructed to communicate a copy to the
Officer Administering the Government.
Could you please arrange t let us know
by telephone as soon as your telegram has gone off,
so that we ray inform the Officer Administering
the Goverment that liis Vajesty's Government's
decision has been communicated to the Commander-in-
Chieft
The only thing on which we have any doubt is the proposal to employ White Russian Non-
Commissioned Officers. This of course, is not
